VERTICAL JIGGING
“For Vertical Jigging I prefer to use PowerPro 0.10mm. This line has an excellent strength/diameter ratio and hardly absorbs any water. This gives perfect presentation for your softbaits, and is a must when fishing in heavy current on rivers.”

DROPSHOT
“Having heard so many positive stories about Power Pro I decided to try it myself recently... and haven’t looked back since! Power Pro is easy to use, extremely strong and gives excellent presentation, particularly when used with soft plastics. Power Pro is my line of choice when dropshotting (using diameters 0.10mm or 0.13mm).”

CATFISH
“PowerPro is extremely abrasion resistant and will not bury into the spool under high pressure. In addition, it’s smooth on the cast and very quiet. PowerPro is an excellent line for catfish. I use diameters 0.32mm to 0.56mm: the lower diameters for spinning, and the thicker ones for Buoy fishing.”

CARP
“I use 0.19 diameter PowerPro for all my Marker & Spod work. It’s a round braid so picks up less water and sails effortlessly through the guides, plus it’s near zero stretch and sensitivity means I can feel every detail of the lake bed when feature finding.”

SPINNING, CASTING & JERKBAIT FISHING
“PowerPro is an excellent line when spinning for Pike. It is round, smooth, and has great castability allowing you to cast to the exact spots where the predators are. PowerPro is highly abrasion resistant, a must when fishing around plants, weeds or structures. Depending on the weight of the lure, I use diameters 0.13mm to 0.19mm for spinning. For Jerkbait fishing I prefer the thicker diameters 0.23mm to 0.36mm to give more action to the jerkbaits.”

FEEDER FISHING
“When Feeder fishing with braided line - especially at long distance - I use PowerPro 0.10mm. PowerPro ensures smooth and accurate casts. It’s super sensitive and when fishing long distances I’m able to react to the smallest of bites.”
